Why a flat fee
The Hourly Meter Works Against You
A number you can budget.
Same fee every month, agreed up front. No invoices that swing with how rough the month was.
Call before it's expensive.
Hourly billing makes owners hesitate to pick up the phone. On a flat fee, you ask early, while the fix is still cheap.
We're paid for outcomes, not hours.
A flat fee only makes sense for us if we make you measurably more profitable. Our incentive is results.
Off-the-clock thinking included.
We sit on your leadership team, not on a timer. Working through your numbers on a Tuesday night never shows up on an invoice.
Common Questions
How do you determine the exact price?
Both phases are flat monthly fees, scoped to your specific situation — company size, complexity, and the current state of your finances. We'll talk through what you need on the first call and give you a clear number before anything starts.
How long does Phase 1 take?
It depends on the state of your books and systems, but most businesses have the foundation built and their team trained within a few months. Once your team is running the systems, we move to the lower Phase 2 rate.
Will you replace my bookkeeper or office manager?
No. Your team stays. We set up the systems, train your people on them, and stay available so they always have someone to ask. The person who's kept your books for ten years becomes twice as effective.
How much time does this take from me?
After an initial onboarding period, expect a few hours per month for review meetings and decisions. We coordinate directly with your team for the day-to-day work.
How long are your contracts?
There is no long-term contract. Both phases are month to month, and you can cancel with 30 days notice.
